How to change Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock get activated when Windows starts. Add this tweak to enable or disable special keys. Follow this step:

1) Go to START then choose RUN and type regedit.
2) HKEY_USERS\
3) .DEFAULT\
4) ControlPanel\
5) Keyboard\
6) Open the registry entry 'InitialKeyboardIndicators' by double click.
7) Change the value 0-7 function.

Their function are-----

0 - All function deactivated
1 - Caps Lock activated
2 - Num Lock activated
3 - Caps Lock and Num Lock activated
4 - Scroll Lock activated
5 - Caps Lock and Scroll Lock activated
6 - Num Lock and Scroll Lock activated
7 - All function activated
